Position: Senior System / Programmer Analysts / Project Leads

Job Duties: Apply mathematical, statistical & analytical knowledge in the design and development of stochastic tools/models using probability theory and statistics; development of analytical models using C++, C# or Matlab and algorithms; perform data modeling, analysis, migration, & integration & interface design and development, work with other development team members to conduct systems requirement gathering, analysis and specifications, design, development, testing, configuration, and implementation of computer systems and applications; perform research and provide technical solutions during project production and implementation; lead the projects/applications quality assurance, testing, validation and implementation processes; prepare, develop and presentation of IT technical proposals, solicitations and technical documentation to current and potential clientele and end-users, assist with IT Projects management including projects planning, scheduling, coordination, liaison between development team, business units and end-users customers using several programming languages and tool.

Location: Ellicott City, Maryland with some brief/occasional domestic travels.

Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Math, Physics, Engineering or Science related fields of studies and 1 year of related experiences such as Systems / Programmer Analyst, Software Engineer/Programmer, Business / Systems Analyst, Technical Lead / IT Analyst, Research Associates / Analyst, Website Designer / Analyst, Database Analyst / Developer, Network / System Administrator or related occupations OR Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or MIS/IS, or Technology related fields OR will consider suitable equivalent alternative combination of education and experiences.

NOTICE OF EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM

In keeping with Blossom’s policy to encourage and reward employees for identifying other talented and qualified individuals for open positions, eligible full-time employees can qualify for a referral bonus. The bonus is based on the following terms and schedule:

A bonus of up to a maximum of $500 is paid to any employee who refers a candidate to Blossom who is hired for any of the vacant permanent, full-time technical and management positions stated below and who remains in Blossom’s employ for at least 1 year. The bonus is paid out in two increment $250 is paid after six months, and the other half after one year.
