IT/Programmer Analysts: Analyze, design, develop, programming, testing/QA,
configuration, installation, deployment, migration & integration, implementation,
administration, customization support of business software, databases, websites,
networks systems & applications using diversified programming technologies/ tools.
Requirements: Masters degree or equivalent in Comp Sc, Engg, MIS/IS/IT,
Science, Math, Business/MBA and 0 -1 year Experience (1 yr exp in related
experiences/ occupations). Will also consider equivalent or suitable combined
education and/or experiences that equips candidates with requisite skills and
abilities to perform core duties of the job, such as BS and 5 yrs experience. Related
experiences/occupations include Programmer/Systems Analyst, Application / IT
Analyst, Software Engineers/Developers, Graphics Designers, Web Designer/
Developers, Database Administrators/Developers.

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS POLICY:
In keeping with Blossom’s policy to encourage and reward employees for identifying
other talented and qualified individuals for open positions, eligible full-time employees
can qualify for a referral bonus. The bonus is based on the following terms and schedule:
A bonus of up to a maximum of $500 is paid to any employee who refers a
candidate to Blossom who is hired for any of the permanent, full-time technical and
management positions stated below and who remains in Blossom’s employ for at
least 1 year. The bonus is paid out in two increment $250 is paid after six months,
and the other half after one year.
